Terms and guidelines governing the use of The Human Refinery website, event attendance passes, and educational programmes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing The Human Refinery website, submitting registration forms, or participating in our physical or virtual gatherings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these operational terms and conditions.
2. Event Attendance and Seating Protocol
While general admission for select flagship gatherings (such as Now That You're a Graduate) is complimentary, physical seating is strictly subject to venue capacity and prompt arrival. Registrants must complete check-in sign-in before the published arrival cutoff time. The organizers reserve the right to reallocate unclaimed seats after the cutoff.
3. Accelerator and Advisory Opportunities
Opportunities such as the Graduate Accelerator Slots and live on-stage Business Clinics are awarded on competitive merit, active participation, and diagnostic assessment. Completion of an initial registration form expresses interest but does not guarantee selection for limited cohort allocations.
4. Intellectual Property and Content
All learning materials, diagnostic frameworks, curricula, and publications presented during programmes remain the intellectual property of The Human Refinery Ltd. Materials provided to attendees are for personal and professional advancement and may not be reproduced commercially without prior written authorization.
