This data is collected solely to administer event participation, provide logistical updates, and deliver opted-in publications.

All participant and registrant data is encrypted and securely stored in our Supabase PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized Human Refinery administrators. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or commercial brokers under any circumstances.

3. Email Communications and Newsletter Opt-Out

Transactional emails (such as your event registration confirmation pass and reference number) are sent automatically to confirm your attendance. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time using the direct link provided in the email or by contacting our administrative desk.

4. Data Access and Deletion Requests
